The units are spotless, bright in all bedrooms. The location is magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Gynn Square. And it's just off taxi's to go on a night out, the tram stop of The Cliffs at the end of the road and a reasonably priced getaway.

Courteous staff and the location was great and lovely. Even the Blackpool International airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our big size king room with comfy beds was arranged.

Everything was fairly clean and perfect. Bright and immaculate units with ice, the bedroom, a 4 poster bed. Affable, amazingly nice staff towards all guests. Great and absolutely perfect location, close to the beach. Excellent meals for breakfast.

It was a perfect location for us, close to a quiet area, 1min to tram route to get to Blackpool tower ECT and exceptionally clean establishment. The affable and exceptional staff was much appreciated. And they fixed problem when we asked their help.

We had a very comfortable time in this nice basic hotel in Blackpool. We took a double room and it had an electric kettle, central heating and coffee/tea making equipment.

The breakfast was incredible and included. Got king room with a 4 poster bed, Belgian chocolates, for example as expected. The staff were courteous whole time of my stay. The position of the hotel was magnificent and brilliant, near the centre.
Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

The place was little and great budget and the staff were best, the location was brilliant close to the tram stop. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and overall the room was immaculate & bright.
Facilities were clean, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Everything was awesome, the hotel was familiar! All staff was very informative, solved my issues. Room was warm and warm, had dark furniture. Perfectly comfortable location to coral island amusement center. The beach nearby was nice and the view was awesome. Nothing to complain about, I had a very delightful stay.
